  6.          FUpdate is a utility that can automate the process of keeping
  7.          key files up to date with the lastest versions.   FUpdate can
  8.          update files such as network drivers or workstation files that
  9.          are stored to a central location.

  11.       Usage

  13.          FUPDATE <Source> <Target> /B /M /L=<logname>
  14.  
  15.          <Source> is the source file name, with or without a DOS path
  16.          <Target> is the target file name or path
  17.          /B - backs up existing target file
  18.          /M - makes target directory if it does not exist
  19.          /L - logs activity to <logname>
  20.
